Mainly used at market places and private houses on doors. To raise the shutter, you need to turn the key and raise the cloth a little, then it raises by itself to the upper rail. Electric drive – the optimal solution, as motors cost not significantly more than manual drive. The simplest variant is motor + wall switch. It is also possible to install motors with integrated radio and control the shutters remotely. Or to integrate your shutters with “Smart home” system.
