We collect only as much data as we need to contact you about your request, work out the order, come out for a measurement visit, and make and install the products. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

What we don't collect

We don't request or store personal ID codes, bank card details, copies of documents or any health information. The site has no personal account or passwords.

Who we share your data with

Only to those without whom the site and the order process wouldn't work, and only the minimum amount:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, protection against attacks and storage of requests.
• Telegram — a notification to our team about the new inquiry. The attached photo of the window is forwarded to our team and is not stored on the site's server.
• Our surveyors and installers — name, phone number and site address, so we can come out.
• Accounting and government authorities — to the extent required by law.

Some of these companies are located outside the European Union. Data is transferred to them under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

• Requests that don't lead to an order — up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Order documents — 5 years, as required by Latvian accounting regulations.

Your rights

• Find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion.
• Object to the processing and request that it be restricted.
• File a complaint with Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

Cookies and browser storage

This site doesn't set advertising cookies and doesn't profile visitors. Your browser only stores technical values the site itself needs — for example, your chosen language. To measure how well our advertising works, we may use Google Analytics and Google Ads: they receive anonymised visit data and never receive your name or phone number.

If our data processing practices change, we'll update this page and put a new date at the top.
